What you'll do:
- Participate in the design, development, and testing of embedded software
- Lead and guide embedded software developers
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define software requirements and specifications
- Mentor team members
- Participate in architecture discussions and provide insights into system-level decisions
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges in software development
What you'll need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computing, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- At least 5 years of experience in embedded software development, with proficiency in C/C++ programming
- Experience in a leadership or managerial role within an embedded software team
- Knowledge of software development processes, debugging, and testing methodologies
- Experience in microcontrollers, microprocessors, and real-time operating systems
- Effective communication skills
