The Opportunity
A fully remote position open to Australian-based engineers. You will join a senior team delivering embedded systems projects for clients with real technical complexity. You own the work from requirements through to verification.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Architecture, firmware development, integration, and debugging across embedded platforms.
- Requirements capture and technical documentation to a controlled standard.
- Design review and code review leadership.
- Verification and validation planning and execution.
- Client-facing technical engagement where required.
- Mentoring of less experienced engineers.

- Experience delivering in a consulting or fast-paced product environment.
- Comfortable with ambiguity, context-switching, and direct customer interaction.
- Sound engineering judgement. Able to make and defend decisions.

- Bluetooth / Wi-Fi connected product development
- Hardware integration experience
- Consultancy or fast-paced product development experience
