What you’ll do:

• Guide and mentor the technical support team to deliver high-level service.
• Drive technical improvements based on customer feedback and product performance.
• Create clear, effective support processes and internal training materials.
• Deliver engaging training sessions for staff and customers on product usage and updates.
• Represent the company at expos and workshops, showcasing products and tech leadership.
• Maintain and optimize the CRM/service platform to streamline support operations.
• Resolve complex or escalated support issues with a focus on quality and speed.
• Build and manage a detailed knowledge base to assist both team and customers.
• Stay on top of evolving ESS and solar tech trends to keep the team current and capable.
• Partner with sales and marketing to ensure technical accuracy in public-facing activities.
• Continuously improve training and internal systems to keep things sharp and efficient.

What you’ll need:

• A degree in Electronics Engineering (or similar).
• Experience in inverter and solar system technical support (minimum of 3 years).
• Practical understanding of residential battery storage systems.
• Exposure to solar system installation or system design is a plus.
• Strong fault-finding, repair, and troubleshooting skills.
• Hands-on mindset. Willing to work in a lab or testing environment if needed.
• CEC Accreditation is ideal or willingness to complete it.

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
