What you'll do:

Manage the Software Development Team.
Develop and maintain software for controlling automated equipment and testing WSS modules.
Collaborate with OEM equipment suppliers.
Train junior software staff in advanced LabView techniques.

What you'll need:

10+ years of NI LabView experience, including LabView 8.0 or later versions.
Expertise in developing software for motion control and instrumentation interfaces.
Proficiency in programming and selecting vision systems.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
Strong analytical skills in signal processing and math analysis.
Experience in object-oriented programming.
Experience in high-tech manufacturing environment.
Proven leadership skills.
