About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Research & Development to drive the design, development, and optimization of power electronics and ESS solutions. What You’ll Do:

What You’ll Need:
• Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field, with at least 5 years of leadership experience in photovoltaic inverters or energy storage industries (experience with lithium battery technology is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of power electronics, energy storage systems, and industry regulations.
• Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage teams effectively, foster innovation, and maintain high professional standards.
• Strong documentation, reporting, and process management skills.
