What you'll do:
- Engage with customers to identify their needs and requirements
- Translate relevant standards into system-level requirements
- Take ownership of the change management processes for system requirements across the entire product lifecycle
- Develop and maintain FMEA, DFMEA, FTA, MTBF reliability documentation as required
- Contribute to the development and improvement of policies, processes, and documentation
- Contribute to the design and development of manual and automated testing equipment
- Coordinate external system testing such as EMC, field testing and other safety and compliance testing activities
- Understanding of safety and compliance requirements and their impact on requirements and design.
What you'll need:
- Understand implementable technology options at the hardware/software level to formulate viable system design concepts
- Good working understanding of both electronics, software and mechanical disciplines
- Understand safety and compliance requirements and their consequences on requirements and design
Nice to have:
- General understanding of ISO-IEC-IEEE-29148-2018, ISO9001, ISO13485, ISO26262
- Contribute to simple hardware designs and software coding
