• Get exposure to every phase of product development
• No red tape - just hands-on work, real ownership, and support to grow
What you’ll do:
• Act as a senior engineer, working closely with project managers, team leads, and clients to bring new electronic products to life
• Own the architecture of hardware solutions - from concept design and schematic capture through to PCBA layout and production-ready documentation
• Contribute across the full development lifecycle: design, prototyping, verification, compliance, and handover to manufacture.
• Prepare and review critical documentation including design requirements, risk analyses, verification plans, and reports.
• Provide mentorship and technical support to other engineers on the team.
• Uphold and drive quality-focused practices including DFM, V&V, QbD, ECO/ECR processes, and regulatory compliance.
