As a key player on our team, you’ll be at the forefront of driving growth and innovation. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

  • Prospecting and Customer Engagement: You’ll be the go-getter identifying and connecting with potential customers in the electrical contracting industry, expanding our reach, and deepening relationships with both new and existing clients.
  • Product Promotion and Sales: You’ll be the face of our cutting-edge electrical switchboards, passionately promoting and selling their features, benefits, and unparalleled value to prospective clients.
  • Technical Support: With your in-depth knowledge of AS/NZS3000, SIRs, and AS/NZS61439, you’ll provide expert technical guidance, ensuring our customers’ projects are not just compliant but outstanding.
  • Customer Relationship Management: You’ll build strong, lasting relationships, truly understanding our customers' needs, and delivering tailored solutions that exceed expectations.
  • Solution Recommendation: You’ll dive deep into customer challenges, offering product solutions that not only meet but exceed their requirements, ensuring maximum satisfaction.
  • Sales Proposals: You’ll craft compelling sales proposals and quotations, showcasing the unmatched benefits of our products and leaving no customer question unanswered.
  • Collaboration with Engineering Team: You’ll work hand-in-hand with our engineering team to develop bespoke switchboard solutions that perfectly fit our clients’ project needs.
  • Sales Target Achievement: You’ll be relentless in your pursuit of sales targets, playing a pivotal role in our company’s continued growth and success.
  • Site Meetings: You’ll be on the ground, attending site meetings with electrical contractors and consulting engineers, building rapport, and gaining deep insights into project requirements.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Sales Experience: You have a proven track record in sales within the electrical industry, with a particular knack for the switchboard sector.
  • Technical Expertise: Your strong understanding of AS/NZS3000, SIRs, and AS/NZS61439 sets you apart, allowing you to provide top-notch technical support.
  • Communication and Negotiation Skills: You’re a master communicator, able to convey complex technical information with ease and negotiate with confidence.
  • Relationship Building: You have a natural ability to connect with customers, fostering trust, loyalty, and long-term partnerships.
