What you’ll do:

 

  • Lead development projects, providing both technical and project management guidance to a team of engineers and cross-functional members.
  • Manage project timelines and resources using tools like Gantt charts, while estimating time, effort, and cost for key activities.
  • Oversee the architecture and design of electronic systems, including complex circuit design and troubleshooting.
  • Develop and refine firmware for cutting-edge embedded systems, troubleshooting issues and ensuring quality across the board.
  • Work closely with your team to select components and ensure everything meets reliability and regulatory standards.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the development of production test processes, tools, and software.

 

What you’ll need:

 

  • Skilled in managing projects with tools like Gantt charts and agile methods. Capable of estimating time, effort, and costs.
  • Experienced with EDA tools such as SPICE simulation and PCB layout.
  • Hands-on with electronic testing equipment including oscilloscopes, multimeters, and function generators.
  • Skilled in writing firmware in C for microcontrollers and Linux platforms, adept with IDEs and debugging methods.
  • Familiarity with version control tools (SVN, Git) and operates within ISO 13485:2016 standards
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Communicate effectively, work well in teams, and have a strong passion for learning and tech innovation.
