What you'll do:

  • Lead a skilled team providing top-tier pre-sales and post-sales technical support for inverters and ESS.
  • Enhance and streamline technical support processes for power electronics and energy storage products.
  • Drive the success of PV inverters and ESS products within the Australian market.
  • Work closely with the Sales team to ensure commercial excellence.
  • Stay updated on industry policies, regulations, and trends, contributing to product development with valuable insights.
  • Develop and fine-tune cutting-edge power electronics and energy storage system solutions.
  • Design training courses, create user manuals, and manage product certifications to support team and customer growth.

What you'll need:

  • Hold a master’s degree or higher with at least 5 years of management experience in leading solar inverter or energy storage companies.
  • Experience in the lithium battery industry is advantageous.
  • Proven ability to manage pre- and post-sales responsibilities, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout.
  • Experience in understanding client needs, crafting proposals, and delivering effective presentations.
  • Possess a strong understanding of the solar and new energy landscape, with a preference for knowledge of Virtual Power Plants.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong organizational capabilities, with a proven ability to document processes, create detailed reports, and maintain clear records.
  • Exhibit strong leadership qualities, effective team management, and a commitment to professional ethics.
