What You’ll Do
• Program Leadership: Oversee cross-functional teams across software, hardware, and applications to deliver programs on time, within budget, and at quality.

What You’ll Need
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 10+ years in program management within technology or automotive industries.
• Proven record delivering complex, global projects on a scale.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Atlassian, and Siemens PLM tools.
• PMP certification (or equivalent) highly regarded.
• Strong technical acumen, able to engage with engineering teams at a deep level.
• Inspirational leadership with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to simplify complexity for diverse audiences.
