We’re looking for a Director of Systems and Software Engineering to lead the design, development, and delivery of safety-rated systems and software for next-generation technology solutions.
This is a senior leadership role where you’ll define strategy, build world-class teams, and ensure excellence in engineering execution across distributed global operations.

What You’ll Do:
• Define and execute the global systems and software engineering strategy.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing, diverse team across multiple geographies.
• Own the end-to-end lifecycle for safety-rated systems and software - from requirements and architecture through to integration and verification.
• Ensure compliance with international functional safety and regulatory standards.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to deliver fully integrated technology solutions.
• Drive technical excellence through robust processes, toolchains, and workflows.
• Manage offshore vendors and outsourced partners, ensuring quality, compliance, and cost efficiency.
What You Bring:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related.
• 10+ years in software/systems engineering, with at least 5 years in senior leadership.
• Proven track record delivering safety-rated systems in industries such as automotive, aerospace, rail, or robotics.
• Expertise in embedded systems, real-time software, and systems integration.
• Strong knowledge of requirements management, model-based design, CI/CD, and test automation.
• Experience scaling distributed, global engineering organizations.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
