 What you'll do:

·        Provide support to the Project Manager/Production Manager or their designees, gaining exposure to various project and production tasks including engineering, design, manufacturing, planning, scheduling, project and office administration, procurement and inventory management, asset management, quality assurance, and health, safety, and environmental systems. 

·        Act as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders, including suppliers and subcontractors.

·        Cultivate positive relationships with suppliers to uphold the organization's brand reputation.

·        Ensure a safe working environment for all personnel, contractors, suppliers, and clients.

 What you'll need:

               • 1-3 years of experience in Mechanical Engineering preferably HVAC or Marine experience

               • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office

               • Drafting CAD experience in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar

 Nice to have:

               • Motivated and willing to learn through a variety of different roles and tasks

               • Ability to plan and prioritize own work as well as capability to assist in

                 establishing the objective of a minor works project

               • Reliable, trustworthy and punctual

               • Strong communication (written and spoken) and interpersonal skills

               • Innovative and creative
