What you’ll need:
• Strategy Development: Collaborate with consultants to develop strategies and timelines to meet compliance requirements.
• Documentation Coordination: Work with consultants and regulators to provide necessary materials and documentation.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with R&D, suppliers, sales, and marketing teams to ensure all products and packaging meet EU/US/Canada/UK standards.
• Batch/Serial Registry Development: Partner with IT, marketing, and suppliers to create a batch/serial registry for all products.
• Compliance Assurance: Ensure all instructions, labeling, and documentation are in place and comply with EU/US/Canada/UK regulations.
• Sales Support: Assist the sales team in managing documentation for channel and distribution partners.
• Customer Experience Support: Collaborate with the customer experience team to establish robust RMA guidelines and criteria.
• QA Guidelines Development: Work with R&D and supplier partners to develop QA guidelines for all products.
