The Role

This is not an admin position.

This is a coordination role inside a global hardware business launching premium consumer products worldwide.

If you thrive on clarity, momentum, and keeping multiple teams aligned, this role will suit you.

  • Support roadmap planning and milestone tracking across multiple concurrent projects

  • Ensure cross-functional deliverables are clearly defined and executed on schedule

Launch Strategy & Commercial Readiness

  • Assist in building and coordinating go-to-market plans aligned to product milestones

  • Support positioning and launch planning to drive strong global adoption

  • Ensure launches are aligned across direct, retail, distribution, and partner channels

  • Coordinate internal readiness including sales enablement tools, messaging, and launch assets

Market Intelligence & Performance Optimisation

  • Support competitor benchmarking and product trend analysis

  • Translate customer feedback and insights into actionable product recommendations

  • Assist in tracking launch performance and post-launch learnings

  • Contribute to ROI-focused planning and marketing alignment

  • Identify opportunities to improve internal workflows and delivery processes

What We’re Looking For

  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail

  • Confident communicator across both technical and commercial teams

  • Comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong written communication skills that are clear and structured

  • Analytical mindset with genuine interest in product trends and customer behaviour

  • Proactive and accountable. You do not wait to be chased

You enjoy being the person who knows exactly where things stand.

Experience & Skills

  • 3+ years’ experience in a coordination role across product, marketing, operations, or cross-functional teams

  • Exposure to product development workflows and/or go-to-market planning

  • Experience within consumer products, hardware, tech, gaming, automotive, or adjacent industries is advantageous

Why This Role Exists

This role ensures product development and execution move in sync.

You are the operational driver behind successful global product launches.
