What you’ll do:

  • Spearheading Schematic/PCB Design using Altium.
  • Innovating firmware development, including modification of both new and existing products.
  • Diagnosing and rectifying issues in new products, ensuring seamless implementation of fixes.
  • Crafting comprehensive manuals essential for testing and production.
  • Upholding document integrity through meticulous maintenance, guaranteeing quality and correctness.
  • Vigilantly reviewing standards to ensure product compliance, promptly notifying any necessitated changes.
  • Collaborating with teams to enhance product development and processes, optimizing productivity.
  • Verifying the use of correct parts during reordering, particularly for unfamiliar products.
  • Proficiently handling End-of-Life (EOL) products, exploring alternative solutions when required.
  • Actively participating in product assembly when necessary.
  • Documenting precise processes for programming and testing, facilitating seamless knowledge transfer.
  • Engaging with suppliers to address technical queries and concerns, ensuring effective communication.

What you’ll need:

  • Proficiency in Schematic/PCB Design using Altium.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in embedded systems.
  • Proficiency in C
  • Proven firmware development expertise for both new and existing products
  • Strong debugging capabilities, implementing fixes as needed.
  • Provide hands-on assistance in assembling products when needed.

 Nice to Have:

  • 5-7 years of engineering experience
  • Experience in Linux
  • Document processes for programming and testing, providing clear guidance to other staff.
  • Experience in meticulously reviewing and ensuring product compliance with industry standards
  • Maintain effective communication with suppliers, addressing technical matters promptly.
