What You’ll Be Doing

Coordinate and track the progress of multiple projects, ensuring schedules, budgets, and deliverables are met.

Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

Act as the communication hub - keeping developers, contractors, consultants, and councils aligned.

Identify and manage potential risks or delays, escalating when needed to keep projects on course.

Support the project engineers and leadership team with planning, procurement, and compliance documentation.

Promote safety, consistency, and quality in every stage of project delivery.

Contribute ideas to help improve how projects are managed and delivered.
What You’ll Bring

Qualification in Project Management, Business, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience).

At least 2 years’ experience coordinating or supporting technical, construction, or infrastructure projects.

Strong organisational and multitasking skills - you love staying ahead of the curve.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

A proactive mindset with a strong eye for detail and follow-through.

A valid Victorian driver’s licence.

Familiarity with electrical or construction industry processes will be highly regarded.
