As a Business Development Manager, you’ll play a key role in expanding market presence across Queensland - from large-scale grid projects to remote and off-grid applications. You’ll lead strategy, build partnerships, and deliver results that directly shape how energy is stored and used across the state.

What You’ll Do
• Develop and execute commercial plans to grow market share in BESS and portable energy solutions across Queensland
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, EPCs, utilities, and industrial clients
• Identify new business opportunities in grid-scale, commercial, and off-grid energy projects
• Conduct market analysis to track trends, policy shifts, and technology opportunities
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering teams to ensure customer needs translate into real product and service advantages
• Represent the company at trade shows, industry forums, and client meetings
What You’ll Bring
• 5+ years of success in business development or technical sales within renewable energy, energy storage, or electrical technology
• Proven record in driving sales growth and long-term customer relationships
• Deep understanding of Solar PV, Energy Storage Systems (ESS), and the Queensland energy landscape
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and solution-selling skills
• Strategic mindset, self-motivation, and willingness to travel within QLD and interstate
