What you'll do:
Develop and execute business plans to exceed sales targets for ESS and portable battery products.
Build strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and end-users to drive revenue and brand growth.
Serve as primary contact for key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive advantages.
Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and represent the company at industry events.
Provide product feedback to R&D and identify opportunities for cross-selling and product expansion.
What you'll need:
5+ years in business development or sales focused on renewable energy, technology, and market expansion.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets with a strategic, results-driven approach.
In-depth knowledge of Solar PV, Energy Storage Systems (ESS), and portable power markets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills for closing high-value deals.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities for tailored solutions and market adaptation.
Self-motivated, independent worker and team player; open to domestic and international travel
