What you’ll do:
• Deliver top-notch technical support for Energy Storage Systems and Energy Management products.
• Leverage service management software and CRM systems to efficiently manage technical tasks.
• Work hand-in-hand with the engineering and product teams to ensure customer feedback drives ongoing product enhancements.
• Stay sharp by participating in regular training sessions focused on new products, updates, and troubleshooting methods.
• Showcase our products and provide customer support at trade shows and training events.
What you’ll need:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Experience as an electrical support technician, ideally with solar systems or energy storage devices.
• Solid grasp of residential battery products and installation configurations, along with the related technical support requirements.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
