Electronics Engineer

Job Location: Sydney, NSW
Tired of boring projects?

Come design, build, and test real-world electronic systems that power industries, transport, mining, telecoms, industrial tech.

We’re hands-on, fast-paced, and impact-driven and we’re looking for an Electronics Engineer who can bring serious technical skills to the table.

If you love embedded systems, DC power design, and solving real-world problems, you’ll fit right in.

Your Mission:

•Design and develop DC control circuits, embedded systems, and communication interfaces (CAN Bus, UART, SPI, I2C).
•Develop embedded firmware for microcontrollers (STM32, PIC, or similar).
•Build prototypes, develop custom testing apparatus, validate system performance under real-world conditions.
•Optimize designs for efficiency, manufacturability, and rugged field performance.
•Work on system-level integration — electronics, firmware, communication layers ensuring reliability and interoperability.
•Analyze system data, diagnose faults, and deliver solutions that scale.
•Collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to design fit-for-purpose solutions.

Tech You’ll Get Hands-On With:

•DC systems (5V, 12V, 24V architectures)
•Embedded microcontrollers (8-bit, 32-bit MCUs)
•Analog and digital circuit design
•Communication protocols (CAN Bus, Modbus, RS485)
•Signal conditioning, protection circuits, and control algorithms
•Custom PCB design and testing

What You Bring:

•Degree in Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, or closely related field.
•Hands-on experience designing, prototyping, and troubleshooting embedded and control systems.
•Strong embedded firmware coding skills (C/C++) and real-world debugging experience.
•Working knowledge of communication standards and protocols.
•Bonus points if you’ve worked on system integration, field deployments, or industrial-grade reliability projects.

What’s in It for You:

•Full-time role | 38-hour work week.
•Competitive salary (above award).
•Real ownership of projects from concept to field deployment.
•Fast-moving team where engineering decisions happen quickly.
•A mix of design, build, testing, field validation, and R&D not just desk work.

If you want to stop tweaking PowerPoints and start building real-world tech, apply now.
Let’s build what’s next.
